You will make your best possible impression with a business lender if you are prepared! SBA's Meet the Lender Matchmaking program is like speed dating for business financing- giving you 15 minutes to pitch your plan one on one to lenders. The list of required documents is long, but the SBDC is here to help! Topics covered are those requested by SBA and the participating lenders: 1. A copy of up to date business plan (startup businesses); 2. “2 Year Cash Flow Projection”, worksheet is attached; 3. “Personal Financial Statement on SBA Form 413”, 4. Personal Tax Returns for the last 3 years; 5. Business Tax Returns for the last 3 years if the client is an existing business; and 6. A current copy of their credit report (This can be obtained from the following website: www.annualcreditreport.com
