Delaware SBDC and Aaron Swan will team up to educate entrepreneurs on the potential benefits and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As we demystify AI and address common misconceptions, provide practical guidance on how to identify and implement AI solutions, and showcase successful AI applications within the Delaware business community, attendees will not only learn something but leave with actionable "homework" to help navigate the use of this new technology.
Between informative lessons and exciting demos of live tools, attendees will share best practices, collaborate to develop an adoption plan and learn about resources available here in the first state.
This event is split into two sessions—an informative morning Zoom webinar and an engaging afternoon in-person workshop.
Morning Session (Virtual): Kick off the day with expert-led presentations designed to demystify AI and provide a roadmap for integrating it into your business. Learn key AI concepts, explore real-world applications, and discover how small businesses are already leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and innovation. This session will also address ethical considerations, potential risks, and practical steps for identifying where AI can add value. Attendees will leave with a take-home activity to prepare for the afternoon session.
Afternoon Session (In-Person): Building on the insights from the morning session, the in-person workshop focuses on action. Collaborate with facilitators and fellow entrepreneurs to identify AI opportunities specific to your business, brainstorm implementation strategies, and explore relevant tools. Through guided exercises, group discussions, and real-world case studies, attendees will develop a practical AI adoption plan tailored to their unique needs.
Who should attend? Delaware-based entrepreneurs seeking to improve their working knowledge of artificial intelligence and integrate new technology into their business strategy.
Completing this registration gains you access to the in-person afternoon session. If you'd like to also attend the virtual morning session, a link will be provided at the end of the registration process. Attendees can choose to participate in only the morning or afternoon session, or both!
