Oltac Unsal has been an angel investor in the US and globally with over 100 investments, a semiconductor and software entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, and held a variety of executive positions with Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse before joining the World Bank. At the World Bank, Oltac spearheaded global angel investing efforts and early-stage innovation financing. Oltac holds an MBA from Stanford University, BA in Economics, Politics and Philosophy from Whitman College, and pursued Intellectual Property LLM at UW Law School.
