The Basics of Business Entities for Small Businesses
By attending this session, you’ll learn:
The benefits of incorporating or forming an LLC and the differences of each type of entity.
Learn more about the business entities available.
How taking the steps to incorporate creates a solid foundation for your business.
The steps needed to form your business.
This informative workshop will first give you an understanding of the benefits of incorporating a small business and the different types of business entities that are available to you. You will gain a better understanding so that you can determine the right entity for your business scenario. As a workshop participant, you will be equipped with the correct tools to take the next steps to either form your business as a Corporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC).
ZOOM REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
This workshop will be an online Zoom event. You must complete the Zoom registration prior to the event in order to receive Zoom meeting access details. The Zoom registration link will be provided at the end of this registration process and in the confirmation email.
