This no-cost, online workshop introduces entrepreneurs and small business owners to workflow automation, providing a framework to get started that includes common tools and technologies and how to best prepare for automating mundane or repetitive tasks. Participants will review the basic concepts and benefits of workflow automation, see examples of tools and platforms, and discuss how their business can best take advantage of automation with industry expert Whitney Akinola.
