Family Business Series: Management & Leadership Development
There is an important difference between management and leadership. Companies need leadership that sets the strategic plan for the company and managers who can implement those plans. Dr. Bullough will discuss why both of these are important and how to identify the appropriate individuals for management, leadership and succession planning.
