How to Apply For the Market Street Corridor Revitalization Fund Grants

Eligible applicants include small businesses, landlords and developers located in the areas between the 100 and 1100 blocks of Market Street and the streets that intersect Market Street from King Street to Tatnall Street. Funding can be used for: • Site acquisition/Business Expansion • Construction/Renovation • Working Capital • Inventory • Furniture • Fixtures Applications for the 2nd Round of the grants will be accepted between August 1, 2017, to November 1, 2017. Awards announcements will be made no later than February 1, 2018.
