You’ve made it through the first hurdle -- getting your DOE Phase I funded. You’ve achieved your objectives and demonstrated feasibility. You’re ready to write and submit your Phase II proposal -- or are you? Join serial DOE awardee, Jerry Hollister, for this informative session which will explore the key considerations for a Phase II proposal with specific emphasis on commercialization. Jerry will provide the framework for a strong commercialization plan, discuss key activities that you can initiate while still working on your Phase I project, and review the overall attributes of a compelling, well-crafted proposal. Applicants must know their market size, characteristics, customers and competitors and how their innovation will address an unmet market need.
