The Delaware Small Business Development Center Network has many programs and services that can help your business. But we certainly don't do everything. U. S. Small Business Administration www.sba.gov
             The SBA's site is full of useful information, online training and other small business information.

SCORE Service Corps of Retired Executives www.score.org
             The SCORE site has loads of info, templates and other useful things.

The SCORE local chapter is www.scoredelaware.org
             They offer workshops and counseling throughout Delaware.

Delaware Economic Development Office www.state.de.us/dedo
             DEDO's web site contains small business guides, information on their programs and links to many state agencies and small business service providers.

The State of Delaware, Delaware's general site www.delaware.gov is an excellent source of information and link to Delaware agencies and information.

Tax information

The Internal Revenue Service site www.irs.gov is very useful and user friendly

Financing

 

www.sba.gov contains information on SBA programs in general and borrowing money in general.

You local bank also most likely has a web site with info on their programs.

First State Community Loan Fund, a not for profit lender, also lends to small and start up firms. www.firststateloan.org

International Trade

The Delaware Development Office International Trade Section provides information and assistance http://www.state.de.us/dedo/new_web_site/frames/international_trade_services.html

The Delaware World Trade Center http://www.wtcde.com/ assists small and medium sized businesses expand into world markets.

The U.S. Commercial Service, part of the Department of Commerce also has services to assist businesses export. www.buyusa.gov
